#1. What are the system requirements for TTScanner?

TTScanner has been tested on Medisoft Network Professional V14, V15, V16 and V17, Network Pro or Advanced. The PC must meet Medisoft hardware requirements and have 2 available USB ports, one for the scanner and one for the security dongle.

#2. Can I print both sides of my scans?

YES! It will fit up to 3 double sided scans (6 images) neatly onto one side of a page

#3. How do I get support?

If the unit was purchased from your Medisoft VAR, you need to see them for support as they are your reseller. If purchased online from us, then we would support your scanner.

#4. Can I use any scanner?

No, this software is designed specifically to use our hardware only.

#5. Can I install the software on more than one computer?

You can install the software on multiple computers but the software will only work on the computer the scanner and security dongle are plugged into. Therefore, the scanner can be moved to different computers

#6. Is it really this quick and easy?

YES! The video shows you just how quickly you can insert drivers licenses and insurance cards into Medisoft.

#7. Why use TTScanner?

There are several reasons and you can easily justify the ROI (return on investment). 1) cards are often left on copiers 2) paper copies often fade and turn yellow 3) billers frequently have to look for charts to correct PIN numbers and other info 4) saves time - saves money

#9. Will this work on Vista? Or Windows 7?

YES! We love Vista and Windows 7, it is fully supported on both! As long as Medisoft supports the OS

#10. Will it work with Single user Advanced? It doesn't have a multimedia tab.

YES IT WILL! Users will interface through our Insurance card interface and take advantage of this ability without being forced into Network Pro.

#11. Is this REALLY the BEST card scanner on the market for Medisoft???

We will make this statement. "If you find a better scanning solution for Medisoft, we will refund your money and buy the other one for you." Pretty bold statement? Yes, but we have yet to see something close in quality and usability. This is the BEST quality card scanner on the market and our software is second to none, we will put our reputation on the line.
